ITCM Center is designed as a pole of excellence in the development of manufacturing technologies. It aims to conduct basic and applied scientific research, carry out activities related to research-development, provide consultancy, disseminate the conducted research results through publication in scientific journals and proceedings and to execute innovation and technological development activities in the field of industrial engineering and management.
The ITCM Center also focuses on developing research programs that address the current manufacturing problems as well as to generate innovative solutions in the processing operations. Smart manufacturing, re-configurability and flexibility in processing technologies, processing advanced materials through innovative techniques, micro and nanotechnology, additive technologies, eco-technologies and biotechnology are some of the current and future directions of the center.
